After graduating from the University of Johannesburg with a degree in Homeopathy, Dr. Arnuld Engelbrecht started working as a homeopath in Pretoria. He eventually took over the practice and expanded it to the Optimum Care Holistic Healing Centre.
Dr. Engelbrecht has a special interest in conditions related to the digestive system, chronic fatigue and fertility. He also treats general family and childhood illnesses very successfully with natural and homeopathy medicine and uses natural methods to enhance the performance of professional athletes.

Dr. Katherine Withers is a Homeopathic practitioner, fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa, Board of HealthCare Funders and a member of Homeopathy South Africa. She has completed her Masters Degree in Homeopathy (cum laude), writing her masters dissertation on The Efficacy of Herbal Supplementation on Weight Loss, BMI, Body Fat Percentage and Abdominal Weight.
She has also completed her Complimentary and Alternative Medical Approaches to Reproductive Health and Fertility qualification (cum laude) as well as a qualification in Meridian Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Withers is also a Pilates instructor, nutrition enthusiast and health food and juicing specialist. Her area of special interest include: child and family nutrition and digestive wellness, fertility and reproductive health, allergies, sports performance, weight management, and family care.
